Hobbies: Singing, Crochet, Writing, Pondering the Mysteries of Life, and occasionally updating this journal or my web page.
Profession: Writer. Yes that's right I get to write for a living. I work for an online newsletter at a site called WorldStart. I write the Cool Sites section of their news letter, so if you wanted I could be in your inbox five times a week, every morning! Wouldn't that be joyous!
Relationships: I just ended a five year relationship with my ex. And am currently falling under the spell of another guy who treats me much better and is so caring, and sweet, that sometimes I just don't know how to handle him, other than with oven mitts cause he's such a hottie! As we'd say in highschool, "Mmm, Mmm, yummy with a spoon!" or "Tastier than a bag of chips!" We certainly were silly then. But anyways, I love him a lot, and that sums it up. *kisses to you baby!* There now I've written the cheesy I'm taken - so that is this part of this bio done.
Year: For Taoists it is the year of the Phoenix. And it is the same for me too - last year was harsh filled death, and bitter ashes of what used to be, and now I'm rising from the ashes like a phoenix to a better and brighter year.
Goals: To have financial freedom again, to go back to school, to help pay for things around the house, to learn to drive, to write a book that gets published and read, to loose some weight. There are probably more but I can't think of them if I do - I'll add them here.
Biggest Fears: Being thought of by others as selfish, manipulative, or a failure. Needles. Men. Being alone for the rest of my days, being unloved. My pets dying - long story behind that. Losing the people I love to death or just plain losing their love and friendship. Being raped again. Being forced to do things that I don't want to do. Being pushed into situations. Never getting a book published. Letting my parents down. Never finding the courage to do what I want to accomplish.
Music: This is a giant catagory for me because I am very eclectic and my mood really dictates what I want to listen to. So here are some of my favorites:

Well so you now I once had a room mate who watched TV as though she would die if she didn't so I hate the television, and I have to really really be in the mood to watch TV, let alone a movie. There some I like, but I don't want to get into the topic. I watch American Idol regularly and that's it. And I wouldn't die if I missed it either. So sue me, I'm TV bitter. You can add So You Think You Can Dance to that list.
